Welcome to the Live Life Reiki Studio world of healing. We are so grateful that you are here! We believe there are no “accidents” in our intelligent Universe and your path has led you here for a reason.
We offer a unique approach to your healing journey. We know so well (because we have been where you are) that taking the first step to healing can feel big, exciting, lonely, terrifying, liberating - basically all the feels. That’s why, through our experience we have crafted a personalized, mentorship based approach to guide you on your journey, meeting you compassionately where you are. We know that each of our journey’s are unique - because we are!
If you’re new with us, welcome! We begin with a 15 minute complimentary discovery call to evaluate your unique needs, answer any questions you may have and ensure that both Live Life Reiki Studio and Reiki itself are the perfect match for your healing needs.
Next, we have your Integrative Healing Session which is 90 minutes.
We spend 15-30 minutes learning even more about each other, going into in-depth education, connection and begin to craft a pathway to healing and well-being that is completely customized to you. We look at each individual holistically. We believe that we are not just 1 or 2, but 5 different bodies (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic), that when operating in harmony, wonderful well-being, health and joy can occur. In this compassionate consultation we want to get into the WHY and HOW at this step - why you’re here (in all holistic aspects - lifestyle, diet, sleep pattern, environment, etc) and how these services can benefit you.
We spend the next 60-75 minutes in your healing experience; intuitively including any of the following:
Invocation - intended to bring you into relaxation and a state of allowing the flow of Reiki Energy.
Body Scan + Intuitive Chakra Reading - beginning and ending the session with this experience allows insight into energetic shifts, imbalances and messages to continue integration of healing after the experience.
Aura + Chakra Clearing, Empowering and/or Balancing - utilizing Reiki Energy, subtly shifting and releasing any blockages to expand, harmonize and revitalize your system.
Crystal Energy - enhancing and activating vibrational shifts in the chakras in partnership with the Reiki Energy.
Sound Healing - allowing deeper energetic release through sound vibration of Crystal Singing Bowls attuned to different energy centers in the body.
Reflection of your experience - heart-centered discussion of your experience.
1-2 days after the consultation, we check in with you to see how you’re feeling and to provide you with a unique pathway as discussed in our consultation.
