21 Day Self-Reiki Devotion Practice
Join Lisa and Ashley for a LIVE 21 Day Self-Reiki Devotion Practice February 14th, 2026 - March 7th, 2026. The intention for this time together is an opportunity to begin or deepen your relationship with the spirit of Reiki as a guiding light through life’s joys and challenges. It produces a clear healing path that you can apply to other areas of your life. It is also in response from our beautiful students, as well as, the larger Reiki community. We hear so often, “I love sharing Reiki with others, sometimes I forget that I can share it with myself!”
There is no doubt that you have deep love and deep care for others - that’s why you are here. What would life look like if you poured that same generous love and care into yourself TOO? There is more than enough love for you AND for others when connected to, tending to and cultivating the wellspring of love that is ever presently flowing through, from and to you.
We invite you to take this sacred commitment alongside us to connect to a guided Self-Reiki practice for 21 days and see what shifts in your life through this intentionality but also in deeper communion with this powerful, sacred energy.

You don’t have to know all of everything to get started. Start a practice, be flexible, and listen to know yourself as you would a new friend, show up to yourself in that way - be your new friend. This doesn’t mean isolation, it means taking the time to grow in self awareness, self accountability and responsibility. The more intimately we know ourselves, the more acceptance and self love we show ourselves and as we do engage in relationship with others, we can be our greatest advocates, rooted in self respect.

✨A 21 Day Workbook with daily contemplations, practices and prompts to invite you to connect with the Reiki energy.
✨Three LIVE 1.5 hour Zoom Calls with the community that says YES to this commitment. First call, first day - intention setting and support. Second Call, about half way through - check in and support. Last call, final day - reflection, celebration and sharing!
✨Private WhatsApp Group Chat Community with daily check-ins and community support and accountability.

Meet Your Guides -
Lisa is a Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki® Master, meditation instructor, and Ceremony Officiant. Along with a growing practice she teaches Reiki in person, online, and on retreat with her daughter Ashley.
Lisa found a passion for empowering and inspiring others to develop their talents to live life with purpose through her personal development and practices of Mindfulness, Reiki, Meditation, and Creativity.
Through various classes and workshops, together we journey towards revealing and supporting your inner authenticity. Lisa is also a novice painter, craft maker, accountant, and enjoys time with family, traveling, and sharing her talents.
She trusts in her Spiritual path and believes all we need we already have within.
Ashley is a Usui/Holy Fire III® Karuna Reiki® Master, Sound Healer, Cacao Guide, Sacred Ceremonialist and Retreat Facilitator. Since 2018, she has been in deep communion with Reiki, Sound, Cacao, Community and Ceremony to shed the layer of illusion - remembering and embodying the light and love within. All teaching her that the key to ALL that we seek lies through the portal of quite literally, our own heart. Not outside of us, but deep within. In her practice and service of Reiki training, sessions, special events, workshops and retreats, Ashley walks alongside you as you spiral open the Ever Unfolding Rose of your heart to live life as fully and abundantly as possible in your purpose. She sees you for the magnificent light that you are and is deeply honored to walk this path with you.

We recommend setting aside 30 minutes per day. Some days may be less time but this should be about the maximum time we’ve planned for. If you have more time, great please take it! Make yourself a priority by blocking this time in your calendar.

We meet as a group live via Zoom on three designated days and times provided above. The daily check ins are in the WhatsApp group.

We meet as a group live via Zoom for the three designated days and times provided above. These are group sessions. 1:1 sessions can be added at an additional exchange rate. Daily check-ins will take place in the WhatsApp group chat at un specified time throughout the day.

The Live Zoom Calls are on Saturday, February 14th at 9am PST, Wednesday February 25th at 9am PST and Saturday March 7th at 9am PST.

We are really encouraging you to commit fully to this time. However, if you already had a prior commitment on your calendar while deciding to say yes to this, please let us know and we will provide the recording to you. We recommend scheduling your time in advance that you will be able to make up that call.

Absolutely! We have created this devotion from a place of all levels being able to engage in the practices. We will review some foundational practices of Reiki but each day provides a leans to look at your already established practice in new ways, too. And you’ll be a part of a beautiful Reiki community in joining!

This journey and practice is specifically for those who are attuned to a level 1 Reiki or higher due to the nature of the material and working directly with the energy.
