This retreat will not only ask you to take another step in becoming who you are meant to be, but to increase your frequency and channel your lifeforce energy to help bring peace and wellbeing to your life, and to others.

Join us for a 3-night retreat in Yucca Valley, CA where you will become Reiki 1 certified and learn the basics of Reiki therapy, enjoy daily guided meditation, breathwork, soundbath, yoga, sacred circles, cacao ceremony, desert hike, fire burning ceremony, organic, gluten-free meals prepared by Dori of Empowered Wellness and leave qualified to practice Reiki on yourself and on others.

Your Reiki certification will be led by Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Masters & Karuna Reiki® Masters Lisa and Ashley Bennett of Live Life Reiki Studio. The Reiki portion of your retreat experience will include:

✨The nature + history of Reiki energy, how Reiki works

✨Divine connection to Reiki Source through Reiki 1 attunement

✨Empowered heart for your healing journey and how you choose to share with others

✨Japanese Reiki techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho - developing your intuition, Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed

✨Self-healing explained with hand positions

✨Hand positions for others

✨Practice time to build confidence with your teacher present

✨Starting and developing a successful Reiki practice/business (if guided to do so, can remain a personal, self-healing practice)

✨Reiki 1 manual

✨Reiki 1 certificate
